The Role

We are looking for a Project Development Manager to lead projects from design through to completion.

This is a hands-on role working across design coordination, supplier management, and site delivery. You will be the link between the client, the design team, and the build team, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on programme, and are delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage commercial kitchen and bar projects from concept to completion

• Coordinate design, equipment, and services with internal and external teams

• Oversee site works, installations, and quality control

• Manage timelines, procurement, and project budgets

• Work closely with clients, builders, and consultants

• Ensure all works align with drawings and relevant standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering commercial kitchen, bar, or hospitality fit-outs

• Strong understanding of stainless steel, equipment, and service coordination

• Ability to manage multiple trades and suppliers on active sites

• Solid project management, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of food premises requirements, including Standard 3.2.3 – Food Premises and Equipment

• Confident communicator who can manage both clients and internal teams
