We are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join our Operations & Transformation team based in Canberra. This is a permanent role that will support you in growing your career, working across a number of exciting client projects and an opportunity to be part of a market-leading team. What will your typical day look like? This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Senior Manager to join our Operation Transformation and immerse yourself in services that drive operational excellence in government organisations. In this role you’ll engage directly with high-profile public-sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority operational related problems and collaborate with the Nagy Sorial and the team to deliver extraordinary results for our clients. You will work alongside a talented team, applying your expertise to solve complex client problems. Your passion for continuous learning along with your ability to communicate and build strong relationships, will position you as a trusted advisor with your clients. Known for your strong project management skills and your ability to perform under pressure, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions. About The Team Deloitte’s Tech & Transformation client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries. You will report directly to the Partners / Directors in Operation, Industry and Domain Solutions team and work with team who prioritise client success. Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You. You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

• A proven track record of hypothesis-driven analysis and problem solving, and delivering exceptional results for organisations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Variety of experiences in working in teams delivering complex projects in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a consulting environment
• Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports)
• Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate complex ideas and arguments effectively, both at Executive and working level
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders.
• Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills, with the curiosity to learn and proactively to bring forward ideas
• Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self
• Experience with creating business development materials.
• Demonstrated experience in Operating Model Design, Process Improvement, Service Design, and Digital Transformation
• Minimum AGSVA NV1 clearance
