John Hartley Birth to 6 School is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Leader to join our energetic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and inspire the early childhood education team in a vibrant and supportive environment.

About the role:
The Leader will be responsible for the holistic leadership of the Children’s Centre and will be:
- Accountable and reports directly to the Principal.
- A key member of the Senior Leadership team, involved in decision making across the school.
- Work with the Governing Council and particularly its various sub-committees including the Finance Committee.
- Work with all budget managers across the school.
- Provide leadership and oversight of all non-teaching staff and provides direct performance and development support for a team of key non-teaching personnel.
- Develop and maintain close links with the John Hartley community and relevant service providers.

- Proven leadership experience in education.
- Strong financial management and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team of non-teaching staff.
- Understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
