Primary Objective: Lead the review, improvement and future direction of Livestock Biosecurity business systems to ensure the Northern Territory maintains effective livestock traceability, biosecurity preparedness, regulatory integrity and industry service delivery, through business systems analysis, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making and practical technology solutions.
