You will help manage records, requests, meetings and project work.
You Will
- provide timely administrative support to the health records team
- support meetings by taking minutes and tracking key actions and decisions
- manage assigned projects, track deadlines and report progress
- coordinate the secure capture, registration, access and storage of records
- respond to enquiries about health records, privacy and freedom of information matters within set guidelines.
No mandatory qualification is listed for this role. Health records experience is highly desirable.
You Should Also Have
- health records or government administration experience, with strong attention to detail
- advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data charts
- strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work from guidelines
- flexibility and teamwork, with a clear focus on inclusion and respectful service.
