We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Interior Designer to join our Brisbane design team, working across our multi-residential portfolio and contributing to the development of our brand within the market.
This role will sit across design, documentation and FF&E, supporting projects from concept through to delivery. You will work closely with the senior design team to develop considered, commercially viable interiors that are aligned with our brand, design principles and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of interior design projects across the multi-residential sector, from concept through to construction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive FF&E packages, including furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork and accessories.
- Develop design concepts, material and colour palettes, finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories.
- Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications and procurement information.
- Coordinate interior design, documentation and FF&E packages with architects, consultants, builders, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- 4+ years' professional experience in the multi-residential, hospitality, or mixed use space.
- Experienced in developing interior documentation and FF&E packages.
- Strong design sensibility and an appreciation for high-quality materials, detailing and finishes.
- Highly organised and can operate multiple projects at a time.
- High attention to detail and the ability to develop design concepts into accurate, coordinated and buildable packages.
Up to $110k Salary package for the right candidate.
