Account Manager

We're Hiring: Account Manager (To start Immediately)

Desire Studio is looking for a dynamic, experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

We’re a full-service creative studio delivering strategy-led branding, design, and digital experiences that feel as good as they look. As Account Manager, you'll lead client relationships, manage creative and digital project delivery, and bring big-picture thinking to every brand we touch.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent communication, trust, and value.
• Lead the planning and delivery of creative, branding, website, and digital marketing projects.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and our internal ops team to ensure projects are on time, on brief, and on budget.
• Brief creative teams, manage timelines, oversee reviews, and keep all parties aligned and informed.
• Identify new opportunities to support client growth and deepen relationships.

We're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
• A natural communicator with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• A confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience managing brand, digital, and/or web projects from concept to launch.
• Someone proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about great design and client service.

• Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience
