Group Service Delivery Manager

Are you a strategic IT leader ready to make a global impact? We’re seeking a Group Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across our international operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional customer experience. Though based in Australia, this is a truly global role—you’ll lead service delivery across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, and other regions, managing a diverse team and driving continuous improvement in service quality, cybersecurity, and ICT operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.
• Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
• Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.

About You You’re a seasoned IT leader with a global mindset, known for your ability to lead remote teams, manage change, and deliver results in complex environments. Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.
• Certified ITIL practitioner.
• Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.

Desirable

• Formal Project Management certification.
• Experience in cloud hosting, server technologies, and network systems.
