NPD and Research Coordinator

Work in the World-Class LaunchPad TeamGreat opportunity for a curious graduate with an aptitude for discovery Detmold has an exciting new opportunity to support the success of New Product Development (NPD) and research projects by coordinating activities, learning project management practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It offers hands-on exposure to innovation, design, and development processes within LaunchPad. In This Role, You’ll

• Assist in coordinating manufacturing trials and learn how to scope and document project requirements.
• Support project leads in preparing dashboards and participating in design and testing reviews.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Deliver trials against key milestones, customer requirements, and industry and legislative compliance for trials and supporting project activities.
• With guidance from Project Leads, support project activities relating to trials.
• With guidance from R&D Leads, support initiatives relating to research and implementation, pertaining to trials and testing.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, Product Design, Project Management or related field.
• Interest in Innovation, Product Development, Research or Project Management tools and methods.
• Technical aptitude and a practical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong business partnerships.
• Desire to continuously learn and provide creative problem solving in a dynamic work environment.
• Interest in sustainability, research and responsible product development.
• High attention to detail with strong time management skills to meet deadlines, work efficiently, independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of own work.
