Personal Injury Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury to join our Salisbury office with the following experience:

• Acting for clients who have Return To Work SA claims, claims against self-insured employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and providing strategic advice and representation on maximising claim
• Running litigation and assisting counsel in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Supreme Court/ Court of Appeal
• Negotiating with employers, and lawyers who act for RTWSA, self-insured employers and insurers in Statutory litigation matters

Doconade is a high volume practice and will require you to commence quickly and confidently, and you must independently attend to matters yourself.

You must have sound legal knowledge and will be experienced in managing your own file load in personal injury with a demonstrated decision making ability and analytical skills. 

You will be mentored from a business perspective, but it will be expected you have a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of running a file
