We're looking to find out first dedicated Care Partner in Hobart focused on building up our brand, our Support at Home client base and really driving business growth by being the face of Dovida Hobart. This is a role where you will be unchained from your desk and be out in the community engaging with people to build the Dovida brand. You’ll help new clients navigate their care journey and cut through the jargon to design care plans that put the client first - whether it's Dovida's services or through connecting them to other services in the community as part of our full suite of care. - Networking in the community to promote the Dovida brand and generating service enquiries by engaging and building relationships with our referral partner network across Hobart
- Consultatively sell Dovida services to prospective clients and gain commitment while making recommendations that will best benefit the client
- Coordinate & organise care consultations to discover client needs and ensure we are providing
- Follow up on all client leads and referrals including answering client or client family members enquiries to assist them to find the most suitable home care option for their needs and circumstances.
About you:
- Previous Care Management experience and Home Care Package/Support at Home experience
- Consultative and resilient influencer mindset with a strong sense self-motivation
- Excellent communicator with strong admin and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
