The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join us on a part-time contract basis through to the end of November, with the potential for further work in 2027 depending on workload and mutual fit. We’re a talented bunch with diverse backgrounds, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take a brief and run with it, contribute ideas, and confidently jump between different clients, sectors, and types of work.
We’re a team of individuals, but we’re all aligned on the things that matter: the values we live and work by, the down-to-earth environment we’ve created in the studio, and our drive to deliver knockout work for our clients. You’ll be someone who is equally comfortable taking a brief from the very beginning or jumping in wherever you’re needed.
What you’ll bring to Driven
- Strong senior-level communication design skills
- Proven experience working in a creative, branding, or design agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellent conceptual and executional design
- The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and clients
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of craft
- Confidence presenting and explaining your design thinking
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong Figma skills
- An understanding of digital/UX/UI design
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
- A good sense of humour and a genuine, down-to-earth approach
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about doing great work, is easy to work with, and can make themselves useful quickly
