We’re looking for a Multi-Site Dental Practice Manager to oversee several dental practices and help our teams deliver outstanding patient care, strong financial performance, and consistent operational excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Managers, you’ll provide operational, financial, and people leadership across multiple sites. You will ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement. Every day you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact across our practices.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
· Keep multiple dental practices running smoothly – no two days are the same!
· Ensure consistent workflows, policies, and procedures across all sites
· Coach and support Practice Managers to achieve their best
· Implement best-practice systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Financial & Performance Management
· Analyse performance against budgets and KPIs
· Support Practice Managers to set and achieve financial and operational targets
· Prepare and present performance and variance reports
· Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and patient flow
People Leadership & Development
· Lead, mentor, and inspire Practice Managers across multiple sites
· Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of administrative teams
· Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
· Foster a positive, high-performance culture
Procurement & Resource Management
· Oversee cost-effective procurement and monitor supplier performance
· Plan and coordinate equipment upgrades and replacements with the Business Managers
Projects, Change & Quality
· Support and implement operational and change initiatives
· Ensure compliance with legislative, workplace, and accreditation requirements
· Maintain consistent service delivery and quality standards
About You
You are a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader who takes ownership and thrives on driving results. You love setting your own goals and priorities, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making things happen. You’re confident supporting Practice Managers while collaborating with clinicians on treatment coordination, ensuring operational and clinical excellence.
You’ll bring:
· Experience in the dental industry (clinical or practice management)
· Ability to support clinicians with treatment coordination
· Relevant tertiary qualification or qualifications in business management or practice management (desirable)
· Strong understanding of dental software, systems, and products
· Proven experience managing multiple sites, a large practice, or complex operations
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement change
· Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical and reporting capability
· Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
