Site Quality Engineer - AUS

👉 About the job At Applus+ Renewables, we are looking for a Site Quality Engineer to support project execution onsite, reporting to the Fluence Quality Manager and Site Quality Manager. Your mission will be to ensure full compliance with Client, Manufacturer and Fluence QA/QC requirements, maintain rigorous quality documentation control, and support timely resolution of non-conformances throughout project delivery. 🛠️ What will you do?Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Review, submit and secure Client approval of ITPs and ITS prior to commencement of works.
• Ensure compliance with all project QA/QC requirements across onsite activities.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of QA/QC documentation generated by the D&C contractor during execution.
• Provide timely QA/QC subject-matter guidance to project stakeholders, supporting the resolution of deviations and improvement actions.
• Execute site inspections and witness testing activities when required.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly and monthly QA/QC reports using Fluence project-specific templates.
• Initiate NCRs within Salesforce and ensure timely provision of information for closure.
• Monitor and maintain QA/QC data and records within Fluence DMS, Salesforce and SharePoint platforms.
• Coordinate QA/QC oversight with the Client, contractor and internal quality teams.

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in the energy sector (renewables highly desirable).
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and installation QA/QC practices.
• Analytical capability, structured reasoning and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid foundation in mathematics, data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent written, reporting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable

• Lead/Internal Auditor certification.
