About The Role Join us as a Senior Marketing Specialist and lead the strategy and execution of impactful marketing initiatives that drive growth and engagement for Engineering Education Australia (EEA). This is your opportunity to shape the future of professional development for engineers through innovative and results-driven campaigns. This is a 12-month maternity leave role. Location This role can be based in any of our offices across Australia with a preference for Melbourne In This Role You Will
- Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that highlight our value and deliver results
- Manage EEA’s digital platforms, including website, social media, and email via MailChimp
- Use data to track performance and optimise results
- Support go-to-market plans for new products and services
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams for aligned execution
- Oversee campaign budgets and manage external partners

Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Proven Marketing Expertise: Degree-qualified with 5+ years' experience leading impactful digital marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences in mid-to-large organisations.
- Results-Driven: Skilled in using data and analytics to guide decisions, optimise performance, and demonstrate ROI.
- Digital Campaign Savvy: Hands-on experience with SEM, paid social, and email marketing (MailChimp), plus managing budgets across digital platforms.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Confident team leader with experience managing direct reports and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative & Detail-Oriented: A strategic thinker and problem solver with a sharp eye for messaging, brand alignment, and high-quality execution
