Job Description Epworth Geelong is seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced clinical care and leadership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. This position is part-time (26.6 hours per week) position The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the medical and nursing team to provide holistic care to specific patient groups. This includes patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prescription of medications - all within scope of practice. The successful candidate will have-

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years experience in advanced nursing role and 5 years recent experience in Emergency Nursing
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in clinical advancements particularly in the speciality of Emergency Nursing
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships to work collaboratively with peers and superiors
  • Demonstrated willingness to teach undergraduate & postgraduate nurses, other health professionals, patients, families and group
