Paid Social Lead
Job Description
Posted on: March 18, 2026
An innovative and scaling ecommerce brand is looking for a Paid Social Lead to help drive the next phase of its growth.
This is a brand that has built serious momentum over the past few years. What started as a challenger has evolved into a multi-category ecommerce business with a huge digital following and a highly engaged customer community.
The brand operates across apparel, lifestyle products and performance-led consumer goods, building a loyal audience through innovative product launches, strong storytelling and a direct connection with its customers. Now the business is looking for someone who can take ownership of that channel and help push it even further.
The Role
This is a hands-on performance marketing role with real ownership. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, with scope to test and expand into additional platforms as the brand continues to scale.
You will sit within a collaborative marketing team and work closely with creative, ecommerce and leadership stakeholders to ensure campaigns are not only driving traffic but converting into meaningful revenue.
This is not a siloed media buying position. The right person will influence creative direction, landing page performance and the broader acquisition strategy. If you enjoy testing ideas, analysing performance and continuously improving how campaigns operate, this role will give you the freedom and scale to do exactly that.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Own campaign setup, optimisation and ongoing performance management across Meta platforms
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative rotation and optimisation
- Build structured testing frameworks across creative concepts, audience segments and landing page experiences
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide clear feedback based on campaign performance
- Collaborate with ecommerce and digital teams to improve landing page experience, product page performance and on-site conversion
- Analyse campaign data across multiple metrics including ROAS, CPA and revenue contribution
- Turn performance insights into clear recommendations for the marketing team and leadership group
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong commercial returns
- Use AI tools and automation to streamline campaign management, reporting and optimisation workflows
Experience
- Solid experience managing paid social campaigns within an ecommerce environment
- Advanced experience working inside Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including attribution, conversion tracking and customer acquisition cost
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets (at least $200K per month) with responsibility for performance outcomes
Why This Role
You will be joining a brand that has built an exceptionally loyal customer base and continues to grow rapidly across multiple product categories. The business operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, moving quickly, testing ideas and constantly launching new products and campaigns.
Paid social sits at the centre of the growth engine, meaning the person in this role will have direct impact on how the brand continues to scale.
If you enjoy working in a high-growth ecommerce environment where creativity, community and performance marketing all come together, this is an opportunity to make a real mark.
