We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data centre and server infrastructure projects. You will work closely with technical teams, customers, vendors and global stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed timelines and standards.


Key responsibilities

Project management:

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned data centre and server infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, tracking and closure.

- Coordinate customers, internal technical teams, data centre operators, vendors and global stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.

- Manage tickets, incidents and service requests, ensuring progress against agreed SLAs and customer requirements.

- Coordinate production changes and implementations, ensuring MOPs/SOPs, risk assessments, access, approvals and rollback plans are in place.

- Drive RCA, corrective actions, stakeholder reporting and continuous improvement.


Technical – Data Centre & Server Infrastructure:

- Coordinate data centre and server infrastructure activities, including rack/unrack, hardware deployment, cabling, power, cooling, network and physical access.

- Provide hands-on support for server installation, hardware replacement, troubleshooting, BMC configuration and initial commissioning.

- Coordinate technical troubleshooting and resolution of server, hardware and infrastructure issues with engineering teams and OEM vendors.

- Manage hardware vendor support, RMA activities, spare parts and asset coordination.

Review technical implementation plans and ensure activities are aligned with operational, safety and security requirements.

- Maintain accurate technical, asset, incident, change and infrastructure documentation.


About you:

- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within data centre, IT infrastructure, telecommunications or other technical environments.

- Strong understanding of data centre operations and server infrastructure, with practical experience in server hardware, BMC, basic Linux, rack installation and structured cabling.

- Experience working across Incident, Change, Problem, Asset and SLA management processes, with strong troubleshooting and technical coordination skills.

- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage competing priorities and support high-priority incidents.

- Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational discipline and accurate documentation.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin language skills valued for building strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders across Australia and Asia.
