Operations Manager – Facilities ManagementFull Time | Leadership | $120,000 – $160,000 + Super + BonusAbout the Company

Viscount Property Services is a trusted name in facilities management, delivering high-quality maintenance and building services to clients across commercial and industrial sectors.

We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and long-term client relationships and as we enter an exciting phase of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help take our business to the next level whilst sustaining our exceptional record of service in the industry.

About the Role

This newly created position will play a key role in driving growth, improving operational performance, and managing major projects across the business.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading project delivery, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities that support our five-year strategic growth plan.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people, projects, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations across all facilities management contracts.
  • Drive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure jobs are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Support the Managing Director in achieving the company’s 5-year growth goals.

About You

  • Proven experience in an Operations or Project Management role within facilities management, building services, or property maintenance.
  • Strong commercial and business development skills — able to win and grow client accounts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised, with strong financial and project management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and building lasting relationships.
