We're a HubSpot Solutions Partner, and Aircall Gold Partner, and we specialise in CRM implementations, platform integrations, and custom software solutions for diverse clients across multiple industries, such as industrial, mining, construction, services, healthcare and education, to name a few.

We’re expanding our delivery capability and are looking for a Solutions Technician who enjoys working directly with clients, translating complex requirements into working systems, and playing an essential role in bringing HubSpot and Aircall implementations to life.

Join our team in Perth, at our Head Office, or work remotely for the right candidate.

The Opportunity

As a Solutions Technician at Fileroom, you'll be at the forefront of executing CRM implementation plans that drive real business results for our clients in APAC and North America. You won't be starting from scratch, our dedicated scoping team provides comprehensive implementation plans, and you will be supported by our Delivery Solutions Lead. Your expertise comes in executing these plans with precision while navigating any technical challenges that arise.

Your Impact

  • Transform technical specifications into functioning CRM implementations
  • Follow established scoping, mapping boards, and implementation roadmaps
  • Manage data imports/exports according to defined guidelines
  • Collaborate with project managers and fellow technicians to achieve milestones
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Participate in client meetings to provide technical updates and training
  • Handle support requests through our CRM support portal
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system modifications and resolutions

You Have:

  • Hands-on CRM experience, particularly with HubSpot or other leading CRM platforms, along with an interest in deeper RevOps capability
  • Demonstrated ability to follow technical documentation, workflow diagrams and implementation plans.
  • Experience executing data migrations and working with data warehouse and spreadsheet tools, including SQL or Excel proficiency
  • Problem-solving aptitude for troubleshooting technical challenges
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
  • Exceptional attention to detail when working within defined parameters

Bonus PointsIdeally, You Also Have:

  • HubSpot or other CRM platform certifications
  • Experience with integration platforms (HubSpot Workflows, iPaaS, etc)
  • Background in implementing systems for industrial, manufacturing, construction, or mining sectors
  • Familiarity with technical documentation frameworks (ERDs, UML diagrams)
  • Experience in client-facing technical roles
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones
  • Aptitude for being highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables.
