• Supporting our brokers by engaging with clients and ensuring a seamless process throughout the home loam journey
• Excellent renumeration for the right candidate
We are looking for someone with:
• Ability to work as part of a supportive, collaborative team
• Previous experience in loan processing, broker support or banking would be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven thinking
• Confidence in speaking with clients, lenders, and BDMs
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with aggregator systems like Broker Engine and Applyonline a plus
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, and database navigation
