About the Role
We're seeking a Contracts Manager to take responsibility for managing the full contract lifecycle across APAC projects with a specific focus on front-end contract review and negotiations.
Location
Manly office with hybrid working.
Your key responsibilities:
- Commercial risk management in accordance with the corporate playbook.
- Project delivery support.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed effectively.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts to get them ready to be finalised.
- Providing pragmatic risk advice.
- Continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance or quality.
Essential requirements:
- An engineering, business, commerce or legal degree or qualification.
- Some experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements with external stakeholders in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering or equipment industries.
- Sound understanding of contracts, risk and compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in team environment.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
Preferred requirements:
- Exposure to APAC markets and multi-jurisdictional contracting.
- Experience supporting claims or dispute resolution.

- Self-starter attitude with persistence to follow up with all required stakeholders to closure.
- Open minded and highly collaborative with teams across functions, regions, and time zones.
