Our team is passionate about innovation and excellence, and we're looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join us help drive our continued success.

Location: Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW

Role Overview:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer accounts across your territory. Your primary duties will involve reaching out to existing and potential customers via phone and email, providing outstanding service, and ensuring that their industrial packaging needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain regular communication with existing customers through calls and emails, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to suit their business.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services, aiming to increase overall sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations for strategic growth.
  •  Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of industrial packaging solutions is a plus but not required.
