Senior Program Coordinator – Communications
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join a well-established Perth-based resources company on an initial 6-month contract, supporting the planning, delivery and communications for a major internal program and flagship event.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement and communications experience to take ownership of a high-profile program within a large, fast-paced organisation.

THE ROLE
Reporting into senior leadership, you will coordinate a high volume of concurrent workstreams across a multi-month program cycle, working closely with communications, procurement, category management and senior stakeholders to deliver a successful program and associated communications plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with IT and internal stakeholders to assess feasibility, secure approvals, and manage the setup and testing of digital platforms ahead of key program milestones.
- Develop and document platform user guidance for end users and administrators, including digital signage content.
- Prepare and distribute communications materials, including printed collateral and site-based signage.
- Coordinate site-level approvals for on-site activation activities.
- Plan and deliver information sessions across multiple sites and business units, both in-person and virtual.
- Draft and publish content across internal social platforms, intranet channels, and leadership communications packs.
- Coordinate inclusion of program content across broader internal newsletters and communications channels.
- Support the design and refinement of program frameworks and governance processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in corporate communications, events, or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a large organisation.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams against tight deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills across a range of formats, including internal articles, executive communications, and social media.
- Experience coordinating across senior stakeholders and executive approval processes.
- Demonstrated ability to support the design or refinement of program frameworks and governance processes.
- Experience evaluating and implementing digital tools or platforms, with the ability to liaise effectively with IT teams.
- Ability to manage external supplier and vendor relationships professionally.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with internal communications platforms such as Viva Engage is advantageous.
