The company is growing quickly and expanding its sales, customer support, and technical teams. They now need a Head of Operations to help build strong systems and keep everything running smoothly as they scale.

About the Role

As the Head of Operations, you will run the daily operations of the business and help create systems that can scale. Your main focus areas are:

• Operations Leadership: Lead the fulfilment, logistics, support, and customer success teams.
• Supply Chain: Manage shipping, inventory, suppliers, and global logistics.
• Customer Operations: Make sure customers are onboarded, supported, and happy.
• Systems & Processes: Build simple, clear workflows and choose tools like CRM/ERP platforms.
• Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality checks, returns, and safety requirements.
• Finance Support: Work with the CEO/CFO on budgets, costs, and planning.

About You

You are someone who enjoys fixing problems, building processes, and helping teams work better. You like working in fast-moving environments and can switch between strategy and hands-on tasks.

• Experience leading operations in a growing company (either SaaS or Hardware based)
• Strong supply chain and process-building skills
