Lead the establishment of a new Christian school campus opening in Colac in January 2027

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional educational leaders for the inaugural Head of Campus position at our new Victorian campus, scheduled to open in January 2027.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, identity and educational excellence of a new campus while being supported by the established leadership, governance and mission of an existing Christian school.
The Opportunity
Role
As the Foundation Head of Campus, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Working closely with the Executive Principal and leadership team, you will lead the campus through its establishment phase, including:
- Developing a vibrant Christ-centred learning community
- Recruiting, mentoring and inspiring high-quality staff
- Building strong partnerships with families, churches and the wider community
- Establishing a culture of academic excellence, wellbeing and servant leadership
- Leading student growth, enrolments and community engagement
- Ensuring operational readiness for the campus opening and ongoing succes
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A mature and authentic Christian faith, actively lived and modelled.
- A deep commitment to Christian education and the integration of faith and learning.
- Proven experience in educational leadership within a school environment.
- The ability to inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking combined with excellent organisational and operational capability.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for innovation, community building and educational excellence.
- Eligibility for teacher registration in Victoria (or the ability to obtain registration).
As our Foundation Head of Campus, you will have the opportunity to:

The successful applicant will ideally work with Christway College Management team during 2026 to lead planning, recruitment and campus establishment ahead of the official opening in January 2027.
