This opportunity will suit a Contract Administrator, or an Assistant Contract Administrator ready to take on greater responsibility within a busy commercial project team.
You will support the financial and contractual delivery of projects across Geelong and surrounding areas.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Head contract and subcontract administration
- Preparing scopes of work and supporting subcontractor procurement
- Managing progress claims, variations and payment schedules
- Preparing contractual correspondence
- Monitoring project costs, forecasts and cash flow
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Supporting the Project Manager with commercial risk and reporting
- Working closely with site teams throughout project delivery

You Are Likely To Have
- Experience in contract administration within commercial construction
- Assistant CA experience with the readiness to take on greater ownership, or established CA experience
- An understanding of procurement, subcontract administration and progress claims
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- The confidence to work with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
- A Construction Management qualification, or a related degree, highly regarded
- A practical, organised and collaborative approach
- A preference to work locally in Geelong and surrounding areas
