Right now, we’re seeking a Manager of Enterprise Contract Management who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. **About the role**

In this newly created role, you will have an opportunity to develop our enterprise contract management strategy and framework from the ground up. You will be responsible for overseeing all enterprise-wide aspects of contract management and associated governance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the organisations’ strategic objectives. This role is also responsible for monitoring and building TAC contract management capability, through continuous review and improvement.

**About the Team**

This role sits within the Corporate Legal & Compliance branch, in the Finance and Governance division at the TAC. This division ensures that the TAC is financially sustainable, efficient and is governed effectively.

**What we’re looking forPrevious experience in the development of contract management frameworks, policies and procedures, within a government environment**

_Demonstrated knowledge of relevant government legislation and experience in procurement, contract and category management activities._

**Advanced written and verbal communication skills to drive contract management uplift across the business as well as supporting supplier contract negotiations**

_Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop positive and trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, as well as other internal and external stakeholders_

**Demonstrated system experience**

_Practical experience in the design, implementation and management of contracts and contract management systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, MS Dynamics, Workday, Oracle, etc.) as well as highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)._

We have an exciting opportunity for a Productivity Analyst to join our Cotton On team. Reporting to the Head of Productivity, you will be responsible for delivering financial reporting and insights at both brand and market level. This includes evaluating space and stock utilisation, identifying opportunities to improve sales per square metre, and enhancing store contribution through an optimal brand and category mix. This role will require preparation of financial analysis, space and fixture data, development of key insights & subsequent recommendations to key stake holders. We’re looking for a Senior Purchasing Officer to lead a team of Purchasing Officers in implementing a centralised purchasing model that benefits the entire organisation.

You’ll develop and maintain training materials, policies, and systems that make purchasing easy and efficient, while tracking your team's achievements.

*   Provide education, guidance, and support to team members to enable an effective, efficient, commercial, and customer-centric purchasing model.
*   Develop the team’s training materials and references to be used across the wider organisation.
*   Develop the team’s capacity and capabilities through identifying and supporting learning and development opportunities that will drive the team towards a centralised purchasing model.
*   Identify areas within the business to streamline work functions and deliver cost savings.
*   Collaborate with staff from across the business providing high level advice and guidance to build expertise in purchasing, governance and improved practices and outcomes. Drive end-to-end purchasing functionality to achieve the best outcome for staff across the business.
*   Build and develop reports in system that allow for live reporting and assist with day-to-day and strategic decision making across the organisations departments and divisions.

**About You!**

You're a strategic leader with a strong purchasing background, passionate about streamlining systems, driving change, and delivering value through best-practice procurement.

Essential Requirements:

*   An experienced Team Leader with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar or complimentary role
*   Experience in an advisory or support position
*   Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
*   Facilitate all stages of the purchasing lifecycle from planning through to monitoring performance.
*   Strong commercial acumen and great attention to detail
*   Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
*   Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to complete.

Qualification:

*   Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or complementary discipline.

Desirable:

*   CIPS or PASA membership or qualifications
