Our People & Development team is growing, and we're ready to welcome a new team member into our National Group Support Services team based at Eagle Farm. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Coordinator who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. Supporting recruitment across a diverse range of roles, you'll play a key part in helping the business attract and secure top talent. The Role As the Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment across the business. Working as part of our collaborative People & Development team, you'll coordinate recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a seamless experience for candidates from attraction through to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities across a high volume of vacancies.
- Manage job advertising, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
- Partner with hiring managers to support attraction, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records, and talent pipelines.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer documentation, and onboarding paperwork.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career expos, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Highly organised and proactive, you're able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service. You'll bring a positive, solutions-focused approach to your work, along with the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment where no two days are the same. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar role.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment across a mix of blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Experience using recruitment systems, ideally JobAdder or a similar ATS.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional, candidate-focused approach and commitment to confidentiality.
