Role Description

Reporting to our National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will drive NDIS audit and certification sales by handling enquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Key duties:

• Manage inbound phone/email queries from NDIS providers.
• Review client needs and prepare tailored audit proposals.
• Send proposals, follow up, and secure signed engagements.
• Maintain Salesforce pipelines and track performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Understanding of industry compliance and certification standards is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
