Description: We are seeking a casual Receptionist to join our GMHBA team, primarily based at our South Barwon location, with the flexibility to cover Geelong Hub, Belmont Hub, and Lara Medical Centre as needed. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will provide a professional and welcoming service, handling appointments, patient records, billing, and general administrative support for clinicians and practice staff. We’re looking for someone professional, reliable, and proactive, with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a positive, can-do attitude. By joining our team, you will contribute to providing essential support, supporting succession planning, and helping build resilience and flexibility across our network. Skills and Experiences: What we're looking for:

• Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of people
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute productively as part of a team
• High level of accountability and a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in a dental, medical, or allied health reception or administrative role is highly desirable
• Proficiency with practice management systems (such as EXACT or Best Practice) and general computer applications
