Increased demand for quality valuation and governance reporting have driven the requirement for this Manager Valuation & Governance position.

This new Manager Financial Valuation will be focused on a variety of challenging day to day valuation reporting and governance monitoring to support the investment & finance team best practise approach. Your challenge will you will also be to show initiative and proactive approach to strategically leading the development of the valuation & governance reporting ensuring fund is aligned to approved best practise SPS 530 investment governance standards.

To be successful you will ideally have either previous financial governance, valuation or compliance experience from either the Superannuation, Banking, Investment Management or Big Four Accounting Industry with good technical knowledge across accounting standards, unit pricing and financial markets with proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business. A good academic profile ideally being CA or CPA with prior experience or knowledge across investment governance & valuation reporting (SPS530 or APRA) with a strategic and commercial leadership style being well regarded.
