About The Role As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Bid Writer to play a pivotal role in securing exciting opportunities across the ANZ region. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation to submission.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Development Managers (BDM), and State Managers to gather necessary information for compelling bid response
• Produce high-quality, professional content for bids, proposals, and tender submissions
• Oversee multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our bids are competitive
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer specifications
• Actively contribute to the improvement of our bid processes and success rates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bid Writer or similar role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast – paced environment
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
