Softscape Team Leader

Looking for a rewarding landscaping role? Join our team as a Softscape Team Leader! This role is best suited to those in the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads or Brisbane areas wanting to enhance our sites through mulching, planting and other softscape works along with the occasional hardscape works at various sites across the area. This role is a mobile role servicing large area of Southeast Queensland, predominately the Gold Coast and Brisbane. About The Role As a Softscape Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients. This hands-on position involves:

• Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications, as well as hard vegetation cutbacks when required,
• Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary.
• Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion.
• Leading small teams across a variety of sites throughout SEQ
• Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally
• Assisting with project planning and quantification

About You

• Previous experience in softscaping, horticulture, or related fields.
• A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• White Card
• Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
• Manual Drivers Licence
