The Position

This role supports the Legal team by providing high-quality legal, administrative, and compliance assistance across the Group’s real estate and wellness portfolios. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective management of legal documentation, contract execution, and compliance processes that underpin the company’s property development and wellness business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing templated legal documents, including confidentiality deeds, marketing services agreements, and consultant agreements.
  • Managing contract execution processes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract registers.
  • Assisting in the negotiation process and tracking document amendments under the supervision of Legal Counsel.
  • Maintaining compliance registers and providing support with company secretarial duties.
  • Supporting the implementation of risk management processes across the real estate and wellness divisions.
  • Providing legal and administrative support to multiple projects, including assistance with sales processes, settlements, and financing conditions precedent.
  • Maintaining document control systems and ensure accurate version tracking for all files.
  • Providing general legal team assistance, including filing, database management, and coordination of administrative tasks.

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, ideally within real estate.
  • Exposure to contract management, document control, and compliance processes.
  • Experience working with legal documentation such as consultancy agreements, deeds, and service contracts.
  • Familiarity with property transactions, settlements, or financing arrangements is highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting in-house legal teams or within a corporate environment preferred.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in the property development sector, with a desire to contribute to a purpose-driven, high-performing team
