Job DescriptionYour Role As a GYG Barista, you’ll be the face of our Café Hola preparing high-quality coffee and serving up good vibes all day long. You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. You’ll ensure every cup meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality
• Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink
• Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume environment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment
• Support general restaurant operations such as order taking, food prep, restocking, and cleaning
• Follow GYG’s recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures

Qualifications

• At least 1 year barista experience.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to start early Mornings.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
