Company Description At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We’re Australia’s only fast-food restaurant to be 100% clean, meaning there are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, added colours or unacceptable additives in our food. Job Description We are looking for a strong barista who can comfortably coordinate a high volume of quality coffees as well as great customer service in our fast paced Drive Thru. Qualifications The successful applicant must have good time management and be a strong multi-tasker. Great customer service is a must, as well as fast high quality coffee production. You will need to be able to work well both on your own and as part of a team. You must have great organisation skills and have a high standard of cleanliness for all areas of the restaurant from the coffee machine, to the dinning room, washup and storage area. A knowledge of coffee calibration and machine maintenance is a plus but we can teach this with our machine as all machines are slightly different anyway.
