Marketing Campaign Executive
Job Description
Posted on: April 14, 2026
Own campaigns end to end and see your work drive real sales.
Not stuck in one channel. Not buried in approvals.
This is a role where you actually run campaigns across digital, retail and in-store to see what works.
You’ll join a high-growth retail business with a loyal customer base and strong momentum across Australia and New Zealand. It’s fast-paced, hands-on and built for someone who wants to step up and take real ownership.
Why this role stands out
- Run integrated campaigns across ANZ, not just one channel
- Clear progression with strong internal promotion pathways
- High-performing culture with real rewards and recognition
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery and optimisation.
That includes building campaign calendars, briefing creative and digital teams, coordinating stakeholders and making sure everything lands on time and on brand.
You’ll work across email, social, website, paid media and in-store, pulling together campaigns that actually drive engagement and sales.
Post-campaign, you’ll analyse performance, extract insights and continuously improve how campaigns are delivered.
You’ll also play a key role in keeping internal teams aligned, leading campaign WIPs, managing timelines and ensuring budgets stay on track.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally within retail or multi-channel environments
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to drive projects forward
- Ability to turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with platforms like email marketing tools, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, GA4 or project management tools will set you up well.
The benefits
This is a business that invests heavily in its people and performance.
You’ll have flexibility around how you work, with a focus on outcomes over hours. High performers are recognised through regular rewards, incentives and global experiences.
There’s genuine career progression here, backed by structured development programs and ongoing learning support.
You’ll also have access to additional perks including product discounts, wellbeing support, parental leave and opportunities to work internationally over time.
About the business
This retail brand has grown from a local success story into a global player, with a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
With a focus on performance, people and purpose, they’ve built a culture that promotes from within, rewards success and gives individuals the chance to build long-term careers.
If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, take ownership and build your career in a high-performing retail environment, this is worth a conversation.
