About The Role We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality meat preparation, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cutting, and presenting a variety of meats in a clean and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, trim, bone, and portion meat products to specifications.
• Production of sausages, crumbed products, overwrap & customer convenience offerings.
• Ensure all products are presented and packaged to the highest standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
• Provide excellent service and advice to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.

About You

• Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
• Sound knowledge of meat preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team for The Greater Goodness.
• Relevant trade qualification preferred.
