We are seeking experienced change professionals for upcoming opportunities to join dynamic, fast-paced environments delivering technology-focused projects. These roles offer the opportunity to work on significant initiatives that will transform business processes and systems.

Your new roleChange Manager

As a Change Manager, you will lead the development and execution of change strategies and plans to support successful project delivery. You will apply your strong understanding of change management methodologies while remaining flexible to adapt your approach to suit the environment. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications planning, and ensuring adoption of new systems and processes.

Change Analyst

As a Change Analyst, you will support the delivery of change activities across projects, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse impacts, and assist with communications and training. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn quickly, and some prior experience in projects, either as a Change Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.

What you'll need to succeed

For Change Manager:

  • Proven experience in change management within technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to adapt approach to suit organisational culture and pace.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

For Change Analyst:

  • Previous experience as a Change Analyst (or in a similar project-based role) with strong people skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
