As the group continues to scale, there is a clear focus on strengthening financial capability, reporting rigour and internal controls to support sustainable long‑term growth. Your new role

This is a senior, hands‑on technical finance role operating across multiple entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a key second‑in‑command within the finance function, with responsibility for consolidated reporting, statutory compliance and audit readiness. The role combines strong technical delivery with the opportunity to influence and improve financial processes, controls and reporting as the business continues to scale.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience within property development, construction or a related sector
• Strong multi‑entity and consolidation experience
• Confident managing trust and SPV structures
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
