Your new role

As a talented Interior Designer, you can fast-track your career and lead a design division in a rapidly growing company - bringing their design team in-house. This is a rare opportunity to grow with a business that values energy, creativity, and leadership potential. You'll be working directly with senior leadership, shaping entire projects from concept to completion, and eventually building your own design team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating in the pre-construction phase: schematic design, client meetings, site measures
• Leading the full design lifecycle: concept development, 3D renders, mood boards, detailed plans, elevations, FFE specifications
• Designing entire projects, not just components
• Working across diverse industries on dynamic, high-impact projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Graduated Bachelor of Built Environment, Architecture or Interior Design degree or similar
• Ideally, 4+ years' Australian experience in a similar role - either studio or Design and Construction
• Ideally, you have a strong understanding of fitout design requirements: lighting, mechanical, data, circulation, flow
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Exceptional 3D rendering skills
