Your new company

Reporting to a senior Workplace Relations leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing complex and sensitive employee complaints, investigations and workplace conduct matters. You will provide expert advice to leaders, manage organisational risk, drive policy development and lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes.

This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional judgement, stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex employee relations matters within a large, multifaceted organisation.



Your new role
  • Lead the assessment, investigation and resolution of complex workplace complaints and conduct matters.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on sensitive employee relations and workplace behaviour issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policies and governance frameworks.
  • Identify trends and emerging risks through complaint data analysis and develop proactive strategies to address systemic issues.
  • Lead and develop a team of workplace relations and investigations professionals.
  • Oversee external investigators, consultants and specialist providers where required.
  • Contribute to the development and review of workplace conduct, complaints and behavioural policies.
  • Deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, accountability and workplace culture.




What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience managing complex workplace investigations, complaints or misconduct matters.
  • Strong Employee Relations, Workplace Relations, Integrity, Compliance or Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise working within complex legislative, regulatory or policy environments.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement and manage highly sensitive matters with discretion.
