The company is known for managing technically demanding, large‑scale builds with strong project‑delivery capability. Based on its scale and portfolio, it operates at a Tier 1 level within its industry.

Your Role

  • Oversees daily on‑site operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinates subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Ensures all work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
  • Conducts regular site inspections and resolves on‑site issues promptly.
  • Maintains clear communication with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
  • Manages documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supports efficient delivery of construction activities from start to handover.

Your experience

  • Proven experience managing on‑site operations within commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site safety practices.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively.
  • Solid problem‑solving skills and confidence making decisions on site.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of local building codes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • Competence in site reporting, documentation, and digital construction tools.
  • A qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial but not always essential.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, well‑organised, and productive work environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and keep the project moving.
