Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Change Manager.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full-Time appointments for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of Change Management, you will be responsible for:
• Providing strategic advice to Executive and Senior Leadership teams regarding change management for programs and projects.
• Developing and implementing strategic change plans in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the people side of change is coordinated and aligned with HSS initiatives to ensure successful change outcomes are achieved and embedded.
• Supporting the Director, Change Management to develop and implement the applicable change management framework.
• Coaching and developing HSS teams to uplift change management capability across HSS or more broadly as required.
