Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Adelaide, SA. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include managing communications, providing support to executives, maintaining organized records, answering and directing phone calls, and assisting with daily office operations. The individual will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functions within the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and clear, professional Communication
- Clerical Skills, including document management and recordkeeping
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
