Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a full time Relief Cook/Community Manager to join our team across our Victoria Gardens sites. This role involves travel to various sites as required: Mostly Grovedale & Geelong. Warrnambool, Ballarat, Melton, and Carrum Downs also required as needed. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our communities during periods of annual leave, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it! This is a unique dual role which allows you the opportunity to get hands on with the cooking as well as leading the community for fill-in periods. In this Role, You’ll

• Lead daily operations and foster a welcoming community culture
• Prepare and serve meals that meet dietary and safety standards
• Support resident wellbeing through great food and great service
• Manage contractors, compliance, and site presentation
• Travel across VIC sites with allowances provided

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Have a passion for cooking and community care
• Have some leadership experience in hospitality or residential services
• Have strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Have flexibility to travel across multiple locations
• Have Food Safety Supervisor & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
