Role Description

We are seeking a Porter for a part-time, on-site role in Gold Coast, QLD. As a Porter, you will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the resort, and handle guest inquiries thoughtfully and professionally. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of entry areas, providing top-tier customer service, and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure a welcoming and secure environment for visitors at all times. You will work closely with other team members to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Exceptional Customer Service experience to provide a welcoming and professional guest experience
• Ability to act as a Gatekeeper to ensure all guests are attended to and the space remains secure
• Previous Training and/or Education in hospitality services is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and problem-solving is a plus
• Capability to perform physical tasks including handling and transporting luggage
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
• A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
