At Intrax, our people are central to how we deliver for clients and grow as a business. As an HR Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of our people programs, improving employee experiences, and helping leaders and team members navigate key HR processes.

This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on coordination, administration and project delivery. You'll work closely with the HR team and stakeholders across the business while building practical HR experience and developing your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You'll support the delivery of people initiatives and day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, letters, HR documentation and maintain accurate people records and systems.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, promotions, transfers and offboarding activities.
  • HR Projects & Programs: Coordinate and support the delivery of people initiatives across engagement, performance, learning and development, wellbeing, recognition and culture.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruitment activities, interview scheduling and candidate experience.
  • Reporting & People Data: Prepare reports, dashboards and insights that support workforce planning and informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and the employee experience through efficient and consistent practices.
  • Employee & Manager Support: Respond to HR enquiries and provide guidance on policies, processes and people programs, escalating matters when required.

What Sets You Apart

From a Technical Perspective, You'll Have

  • Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, People & Culture Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a positive employee experience
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records (desirable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or currently working towards one (highly regarded)
