🌱 About The Role
As a Casual Educator, you’ll:
- Support children across different rooms and age groups
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families and educators
- Support daily routines, learning and wellbeing
- Contribute to safe, inclusive and welcoming environments
- Work collaboratively as part of the wider centre team
You’ll bring:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A warm, reliable and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Completed National Child Safety Training
- Flexibility and variety across different rooms
- Educator Worker Retention Payments (EWRP)
