Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Setting: Engage with inbound leads and follow up with existing customer inquiries, scheduling consultations with our expert sales team.
- Customer Communication: Respond to phone and online inquiries, providing information about our range of products and services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify customer needs and ensure that our services align with their requirements, setting qualified appointments for in-home assessments.
- Data Management: Update CRM systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer information is recorded and tracked appropriately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient customer journey.
